Shipping Information
Once your online transaction has been completed your order will be confirmed by email within 24 hours. The goods will be prepared for delivery and shipped within 48 hours with the exception of orders placed at the weekend which will be shipped the next working day. Once the order has been dispatched, an email will be sent notifying you of this.
Goods lost or damaged in transit are fully insured by our shippers. If your parcel hasn’t arrived within the specified time please contact us immediately.
If, for some reason, your order cannot be met or delivered within the specified time, we will contact you immediately to make alternative arrangements.

Returns
We are happy to refund any purchases within 14 working days from receipt. To return an item please contact us via email to obtain a Returns Number which must be included with your return. All returns must be sent via registered mail in their original condition, to the address below.
Please be sure to clearly mark your return shipment as returned goods on any customs or postal forms. We will refund any sums that you have paid to us with the exception of postage and packing. We are not liable for the cost of returning items. Only products that are in their original condition will be refunded, others will be returned to the customers at their own cost.
